The theory is that there's legitimacy, from a technical standpoint, pivot point calculations are an adequate gauge of momentum and sentiment because the same math was used under pressure by floor traders themselves. That calculation is centered on the average of high, low, and closing prices. This indicator creates trendlines connecting the last pivot, support, and resistance levels to the current ones. How our market structure indicator is different
All known market structure indicators work with pivot points. This is a lookback function to find highs and lows within a certain period and then producing market structure.
Our indicator doesn't work like this as the DCAquant True Market Structure finds swing and interim lows and saves it into memory thus giving us the ability to create real market structure breaks and BOS’s.
This is achieved when an MSB or BOS is triggered the script will perform a check through its memory to find previous Interim or swing which ever setting the user has selected.
A saved interim or swing will never change unless it is broken giving you true market structure, this Indicator cannot repaint because it only produces breaks whenever candle is closed.
The next MSB or BOS you see on the chart are the direct function of saved memory points which gives clear indication of true market structure.

Stop Hunts [MK]Liquidity rests above/below previous highs and lows because these are the areas where traders are most likely to leave their orders/stop losses. The market can tap into this liquidity source by going beyond the previous highs and lows, this liquidity can then be used to reverse the market in the opposite direction.
As traders we may want to know if price will continue beyond previous highs and lows, or reverse the market. If price looks to be reversing after tapping into liquidity, this can be a good area to enter a trade. The same area can be used as a take profit level also.
The indicator identifies previous high/lows in two ways:
1. previous high/lows using 'PIVOT POINTS'. Pivots are easy to spot and are obvious within a price trend. Also called 'higher highs", "lower lows" etc. The number of candles required to form the pivot point can be adjusted in the script settings.

Personally, I use the pivot point stop hunts on lower timeframes and previous candle stop hunts on higher timeframes. However users can adjust on which timeframes to show the indicator depending on their own trading style.
As ever all items within 'settings' are customizable.
The indicator is by no means a 'trading strategy' and users should be fully aware of the stop hunt concept and have conducted extensive back-testing before using with 'live' accounts.
The indicator may also serve as a 'teaching aid' to new students and as a reminder to more experienced traders.

A crucial aspect is adjusting the " Trading Mode " length to identify the correct extreme points or Custom Pivot Period Lookback. Unlike manually drawn Fibonacci levels, which remain static, the tool adjusts its levels dynamically when the chart's time frame changes.

The identification of possible Fibonacci Retracement happens using two trigger techniques:

--> Using the 1-2 Setup identification, the indicator attempts to identify the next wave for point 3 using Fibonacci retracement rules.
--> Using the TrendLine breakout filter, the indicator will try to identify a possible pullback entry, utilizing Fibonacci retracement.
The indicator has been designed for bot processes, meaning it will not identify a short trade until you are in a long position and vice versa. Every trade ends with a custom breakeven at TP5 or hitting Stop Loss. When a trade ends/closes, the indicator will automatically search for a new long/short opportunity.
Since every symbol (Pair/Coin) has different conformations and pivots, not all pivot period parameters are perfect for every pair and timeframe. This is why the indicator gives you the opportunity to find the best pivot period for every combination of pair/timeframe, thanks to the Tuning Dashboard .
For example, for APE/USDT.P, by adjusting the 1-2 Setup & TrendLine Pivot Period Lookback settings, you can find a good setting with 1-2 Setup pivots set to 14, and TrendLine Breakout set to 15. The indicator checks the past 1000 bars and historical trades to provide an overview of what happened during the past 1000 bars.
In this case, the total number of trades was 145, and only 35 trades (24% of total trades) hit the Stop Loss without hitting at least TP1. TP1 was hit 110 times (75.75% of trades), TP2 65 times, etc.
This summary table also provides an indication of which pivot period setting is best for a specific pair/time frame combination. It offers statistical insights on how Take Profits were hit, giving you more confidence in how much of your position you will sell for each Take Profit level.
Pivot period settings for 1-2 Setup & Trend Line Breakout identification can be modified in the indicator parameters when the Trading Mode is set to Custom. There is also an extra parameter for filtering Long/Short ( Buy and Sell ) signals based on trend, identified using two EMAs (Moving Averages) with periods of 74 and 144.
Within the settings, you can also set Stop Loss and Breakeven settings as you prefer.

📌 HOW DOES IT WORK ?
Supply and Demand is a key concept in trading. It helps traders see the zones that market-makers buy & sell the asset in large amounts. It's detected by finding momentum candles (candles that have large bodies) in a row.
Momentum candles are defined to have a larger body than the average candle in the chart, and at least 4 of them in a row is required to draw a supply or demand zone. The zone is drawn from the high wick to low wick of two candles before the first momentum candle in the row.

These zones are usually where market makers trade the asset in larger amounts. Thus, they act as support & resistance zones by their nature. A retest of these zones can make the price bounce to the opposite direction, while a breakout usually means strong price action momentum is incoming in that direction. Supply zones indicate bearish momentum while demand zones indicate bullish momentum.
Check this example :
Here a Supply Zone (Bearish) forms. Then price comes back up to test the zone, and it fails to break. After the failed attemp, a stong bearish momentum takes the price back to a lower level. Then another test of the zone occurs and successfully breaks the zone this time. This breakout starts a bullish momentum that takes the price to a higher level.

VP demo(Rolling period)Introduction
In the native VP (Volume Profile), the commonly referenced parameters are POC (Point of Control), VAH (Value Area High), and VAL (Value Area Low). However, since VAH and VAL are calculated by extending outward from the POC, their values heavily depend on the shape of the VP and the parameter settings of the value area ratio. This means their significance in identifying support and resistance in the market is limited. Based on VP, my algorithm is designed with two additional methods to identify low-volume points within a rolling time period, using them as reference points for support and resistance.
Current Algorithm Issues
When the candles update, you might notice overlapping support and resistance lines on the chart, or multiple lines appearing near the same location. This is due to TradingView's rendering issue, where old support and resistance lines that have been deleted in the code are not promptly removed from the chart. You only need to refer to the support and resistance lines that extend to the latest candle. If some lines remain at previous candles, it indicates that these points are outdated. As new candles continue to form, these lagging support and resistance lines will automatically disappear once the number of new candles reaches a certain threshold. Additionally, during significant market movements, you may see a large number of red lines. This is because the algorithm does not yet fully recognize abnormal market conditions. Future versions will gradually improve this aspect.
Volume Profile cheap copyIn the absence of TradingView's open-source Volume Profile (hereinafter referred to as VP) indicator code, I have replicated it. However, because this code is classified as an "indicator" rather than a "tool," it cannot allow users to define the range according to their preferences. In the code, I have set different periods, and users can input 0, 1, or 2 to let the indicator calculate the volume distribution from the earliest candle to the latest candle within the daily, weekly, or monthly range, respectively.
How can we prove that this code is consistent with TradingView's algorithm?
Firstly, the calculation or drawing process of VP starts from the earliest candle in the selected range. After calling TradingView's built-in "Fixed Range Volume Profile" (FRVP) tool, you can enter the settings interface of the tool and check both "developing POC" and "Value Area (VA)." The paths of POC, VAH, and VAL will appear in the chart. These paths are the changes in the values of POC, VAH, and VAL as the number of candles increases. If the paths shown by my indicator are the same as those shown by TradingView's VP indicator, then it proves the algorithms are consistent. Since VP itself is calculated based on volume, the high and low points of candles, and the opening and closing prices, if the data sources are consistent, the calculation results (the paths of POC, VAH, and VAL) will remain consistent over time. This can be used to infer that the algorithms are consistent. Additionally, the parameters of the two indicators (number of rows and value area ratio) must be the same to verify consistency. The number of rows in the indicator is usually set to 100 by default, and the value area ratio is 70. Therefore, the parameters in FRVP should also be set to 100 rows and a value area volume of 70.
Why is there a noticeable discrepancy?
When the start and end points of the VP remain unchanged, reducing the chart's time frame can improve accuracy. For example, when calculating the weekly VP, switching from a 1-hour time frame to a 5-minute time frame can make the indicator more closely match TradingView's native VP. Tests have shown that TradingView's native VP may not use the data displayed on the current chart for its calculations. For instance, the VP may use data from the 5-minute time frame even if the chart is displayed in the 1-hour time frame. However, my replicated VP calculates based on the chart's data, so differences in time frames will affect accuracy.
Current algorithm deficiencies
This replicated VP code is merely a demo and does not handle data updates. In other words, after the latest candle closes, the VP needs to be recalculated, but this recalculation step is not handled, which will cause errors. To resolve this issue, you only need to switch the time frame or delete the indicator and re-add it.

This script combines market structure, trend breaks and RSI to provide a more robust view of market dynamic by indicating the strength or weakness of swing points , in that way the script is unique.

An adaptive filter is a system with a linear filter that has a transfer function controlled by variable parameters and a means to adjust those parameters according to an optimisation algorithm. Because of the complexity of the optimisation algorithms, almost all adaptive filters are digital filters. Thus Helping us classify our intent either long side or short side
The indicator use Adaptive Least mean square algorithm, for convergence of the filtered signals into a category of intents, (either buy or sell)
Machine Learning
The third layer of the System performs classifications using KNN K-Nearest Neighbour is one of the simplest Machine Learning algorithms based on Supervised Learning technique.
K-NN algorithm assumes the similarity between the new case/data and available cases and put the new case into the category that is most similar to the available categories.
K-NN algorithm stores all the available data and classifies a new data point based on the similarity. This means when new data appears then it can be easily classified into a well suite category by using K- NN algorithm. K-NN algorithm can be used for Regression as well as for Classification but mostly it is used for the Classification problems.
Virtual Trade Emulator
In this last and fourth layer a trade assistant is coded using trade emulation techniques and the Lines and Labels for Buy / Sell Signals, Targets and Stop are forecasted!

What are supply and demand zones?
Supply and demand zones are visual representations of areas where there has been a price imbalance. Whenever a demand imbalance is detected, the indicator will plot a green demand zone which may be used as an area to buy under the right market conditions, such as an uptrend or to take profit on a short position. Also, whenever a supply imbalance is detected, the indicator will plot a red supply zone which may be used as an area to sell under the right conditions such as a downtrend or to take profit on a long position.
Automatic Trend Analysis
Proper trend analysis is one of the most important steps in successfully trading or investing in the financial markets as it helps the trader determine which side of the market, he/she wants to take: long or short. For this reason, we decided to also include in this indicator our unique trend analysis technique that utilizes highs and lows to detect when trends begin, how they continue and when they end. The indicator is able properly identify uptrends (Higher Highs and Higher Lows), downtrend (Lower Highs and Lower Lows), and sideways trends (relatively equal highs and lows, higher highs but lower lows or lower highs but higher lows).
