As a continuation of the previous analysis, this is a noteworthy pattern.
Do they ALWAYS play out? NO. But they have a high success rate of playing out. A Break underneath the pennant invalidates the pattern.

The length of the flag is usually the desired target above the pennant.Комментарий
You would also need confirmation first of breakout just above the pennant (flag top) before the pennant becomes "active".Комментарий
