Stellar (XLM-BTC) Bullish on the 4H Chart (Pattern + Signal)

Looking at the chart above, you can spot a few "buy" signals:

- Cypher Pattern
- Hovering around the lower end of the Bollinger Bands.
- MACD Curving up.
- Shorter time frames giving out early reversal signals.

Head & Shoulders pattern. If this pattern is completed and confirmed, we can expect a price dip.
