BTCCNY: Go long in 4 hours

19 окт. 2016 г.We can enter long positions in BTCCNY, with stop at 4157.42, in roughly 4 hours from now.
Risking 0.5-1%-2% is fine here. If we quickly go back above the green line on chart, we can expect a sizeable move to the upside. This could be a nice stop hunting decline for sure.

Close half of leveraged positions, move stops to entry.
For long term holders, a BTC position of 25 to 80% of your BTC trading account is fine, with no stops.
Leveraged positions, are more dangerous, so hold stops at entry, and close 50% or close the whole thing now.

We had a 24 rmb drop while we held, so realized risk/reward was 10.375:1 so far.
Vs the stop, 2.5:1.

Closing it isn't bad now, closing half is ok.

Read my last update here, to have an example of how powerful having a trading system that analyzes sentiment is...our own, and that of market participants. The thing is having an effective enough probe of said sentiment extremes, and an actionable and systematic way of reacting to them.

You may move stops higher now, to 4400. Close leveraged longs, keep spot positions. Trim it down to fit your desired % of portfolio.
